ESG Search CSR Policy

As ESG Search grows there is inevitably an increased impact on a wide variety of stakeholders and the environment.


As a company we have collaborated internally to gain the views of our employees to devise our Corporate Social Responsibility policy and to recognise the obligations ESG Search has to its employees and stakeholders.


We believe this will exceed the expectations of clients, employees and all other stakeholders beyond out statutory obligations and will reduce our environmental impact whilst improving relationships within the communities we operate.


We attempt to minimize our environmental footprint in the following ways:

  • •   all paper and plastics are recycled
  • •   energy efficiency measures in place to minimize electricity usage
  • •   95% of marketing material is distributed electronically
  • •   100% of the advertising  conducted by ESG Search is by electronic media channels
  • •   educating employees on good environmental practices
  • •   as an active member of the Business Environment Council we are in constant engagement on how we can minimize our environmental impact
Corporate Activities & Governance

ESG Search expects its employees to conduct their duties ethically and our goals are:

  • •  promote integrity, honesty and high ethical standards
  • •  prevent reputational damage to ESG staff and its employees
  • •  maintain the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information
  • •  senior staff are accountable and responsible for upholding and communicating this policy and leading by example
Corporate Citizenship

ESG Search is aware of the different cultures and practices in the regions it operates, either physically or remotely and proactively engages in activities that contribute to society as a good corporate citizen.

ESG Search donates a percentage of its profits to KIVA, a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty by leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions.
